let's exercise meah!!

lately nie asyik ngantuk jer di opis.. maybe otak kurang oksigen kot... so rasanyer sudah tiba masa untuk kiter bersama-sama mengamalkan senaman Mr. Rabbit nie.. (^^)..

1st: Warming up

2nd: Stretching

3rd: the upper body exercise






~~ make sure u ikut sebijik-sebijik neh



4rd: lower body exercise






~~move it to the left.. to the left
~~... and back



5th: lower body exercise






~~move it to the right.. to the right..
~~and back



6th: Head exercise

(make sure to do the 2nd part, it works!)
